I hope you enjoyed the last two shows, they were kinda sorta “best of” shows, leaning heavily on some segues that I came up with in the first year of doing the show.
I’ll be gone this coming Monday, but not to fear….Devin La Croix will be subbing, and he weaves quite an eclectic show. I heard some of his show last week when he was subbing for Music From Your Neighbor’s Basement (the show before mine), and he hipped me to a local band called Ahmed.
I’ll leave you with a small gift….the newest Breakfast At Sulimay’s is out. Dan Deacon is featured, as are the Doves. This particular episode suffers from some bad editing. It actually feels like the creators have stopped caring. But still, there are a couple of good moments. (“Cezanne or whatever…”)
